"Smooth and efficient service."

I was very impressed by Travis's knowledge of water heaters. We were considering a traditional tank versus tankless and he explained the pros and cons of those two options. He provided a detailed estimate and the installation by Travis and Cody went smoothly and efficiently. We were very pleased and will definitely be consulting with Resolved Home Services first for any home repair or remodeling services that we might need in the future.

Resolved Home Services is a fantastic company. Andre the head of the project was so helpful. I knew very little about remodeling a bathroom and he made sure to explain everything he was about to do in deep detail. They repositioned where my shower, sink, and toilet are so there is no more space in my bathroom. They had to tear out all of the drywall and change the plumbing and electrical and they did a fantastic job. He retiled my floor and showed it beautifully. They put all my drywall back up and I am nothing but impressed by how quickly they accomplished everything. My bathroom now looks brand new and I am overjoyed with how amazing it all looks.

Our church had many water shut-off valves that had either the handle sheared off or the ball valve was frozen open. Travis came out was able to repair it on the first try. One quality I look for is someone who can educate me and not mind me shoulder surfing a little bit. Travis wasn't annoyed at all was glad to stop to explain the repair, why it happens, and what we can do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. I'm happy with their repairs. They're on time, communicate well, and the pricing is on the cheaper side. I'm glad to refer them to anyone with plumbing issues!

Travis & his team were very effective & solved our plumbing problems. They not only cleaned out our extremely slow drain but ordered & installed amazing garbage disposal as well as changed the filters on our 6 filters reverse osmosis system that they previously installed. Best plumbers we've ever had. Travis really spends time explaining things and is very proactive as well. We have another appointment with Resolved Home Services for hydro jetting and plan to use them for renovations in the future.

From start to finish they took the time needed to properly diagnose my problem in my shower as well as my broken garbage disposal. They sent out a technician by the name of William who they call "Bubba" and he made my children feel extremely comfortable while my husband was out of town and provided me multiple options to take care of both issues. Once upon a time, I was at my wit's end! After purchasing a new gas clothes dryer, and being told by those who installed the item that there was "no gas," I thought I was in for a very expensive repair. Travis came out and provided exceptional service on a Saturday night and was able to restore our hot water for me and my children. I called several companies and no one could come out but Travis took the Initiative and came out personally being the owner really surprised me that he came out himself, especially on a Saturday night. He gave me a couple of different options price-wise after he got my hot water heater working again and I wound up deciding that I did t want to have another breakdown and decided to replace my water heater the next day. Keep in mind this was on a Sunday and Travis and his crew came out and did a fantastic job. I just closed on a 100-year-old home and needed to get my cripple wall fixed (foundation problems). Within a week of my closing, they were on-site and working. They are VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of general contracting. They've been considerate of my home; making sure to protect it from the dust and dirt of their work. They're ALWAYS here and on time. No splitting their time between two different projects. I could go on and on and on about how great these guys are. These guys ended up finding a huge issue with our plumbing system, they ended up digging and rerouted a new sewer line!!!
